The publication should have been launched on 21 March at Workhouse Union, Callan, County Kilkenny by Ann Mulrooney followed by a celebratory, potato-based, early evening menu hosted by the wonderful Fennelly’s of Callan but sadly this event has been postponed to a future date. Stay safe people.
